Position Summary:
The Director Loss Prevention is responsible for all aspects of loss prevention for a specified market within CVS. Manages, develops, and recruits Region Loss Prevention Managers in the field. Develops loss prevention strategies and objectives, designed to educate, enhance awareness among all levels of employees, with the overall objective of controlling shrink, and protecting the company’s assets.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge


Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in retail loss prevention management. Excellent communication skills Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, developing and coaching successful teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications are preferred


Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience in combination with years of education.
