We are looking for a Director, US Biosurgery Marketing who will be responsible for:
1. Leading the overall go-to-market strategy for Biosurgery in the US, including developing the overall commercial & brand plans, executing key marketing programs & campaigns and delivering on overall financial results for the US Biosurgery business
2. Ensuring marketing programs and strategies achieve top-quartile results benchmarked relative to healthcare & medical device peers
3. Acting as the key interface with global marketing & business development teams to ensure US voice-of-customer is captured in innovation and M&A roadmaps
4. Understanding customer and market dynamics and trends in order to address customers' unmet needs
5. Managing and developing staff to drive increased productivity while motivating employees
•P&L Responsibility - Has led a portfolio of at least $250 Million
•Customer Orientation - Cultivates strategic customer relationships (including key opinion leaders) and ensures the customer perspective is the driving force behind all value-added business activities
•Collaborative Approach - Engages and involves sales leadership in planning and key initiatives
•Executive Disposition - Conveys an image aligned with Baxter's cultural values; Demonstrates qualities, traits and demeanor that command leadership respect, both internally and with the customer
•Strategic Insight - Anticipates impact of new market dynamics on customers
•Analytical Mindset - Able to articulate and demonstrate that the value of Baxter's overall solution is greater than the sum of the individual elements of the portfolio
•Environment Awareness - Demonstrates broad organizational awareness by accurately perceiving and navigating organizational, political, and social dynamics and trends at the customer and internally
Master's degree preferred with minimum of eight to ten years' experience in marketing, including at least 4 years in the medical device industry. Proven track record in successfully executing marketing strategies, launching new products and managing teams. Sales experience in a healthcare company is also helpful
