There is a Director of Project Management (Clinical Research) is available in New Haven, CT courtesy of Adecco Medical & Science. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for overall management and will ensure that the study meets both company standards and contractual obligations. This individual will have superb leadership and communication skills and be able to manage projects at a high-level, while also contributing as an active, hands-on team member in the day-to-day activities. The salary range is expected to be in the $100-140K range. This person will have experience/proficiency with:
Works closely with Data Management, Imaging Services, Chemistry, and other functional groups to ensure efficient flow of information to and from the sponsor and/or site
Create, manage and/or participate in the design of imaging acquisition documents, technical manuals, source documentation and other study supplies as needed
Develop/implement study plans to include timelines, study workflow and planning for site initiation and/or investigator meetings
Provide oversight of incoming data; develop strategies for ensuring timely receipt of study data and documents
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in the health sciences); Masters Degree a plus
4-8 years' experience managing projects in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment
Experience with clinical trial documents (protocols, source documents, CRF's, study reports), GCPs/ICH, etc.
Training - FDA and ICH Good Clinical Practices
PMP certification a plus but not mandatory
