Austin, TX - Manage, build, inspire and and lead in-house creative agency for corporate brand ~20+ team members including account management, creatives, designers and writers in multiple locations
The role requires the ability to develop ideas quickly in response to business needs, turn creative concepts into high-quality, on-brand customer experiences, manage complex planning schedules, develop and build a team of talented designers and be flexible in changing priorities.
GOALS:
  • Deliver incredible, breakthrough creative with team that elevates the Dell Technologies brand for high profile events, advertising and core businesses¬†in Dell Technologies
  • Create elegant and useful designs that make an emotional connection with a broad customer base.
  • Create end-to-end brand and design consistency and brand/design systems that define Company' brand across platforms.
  • Manage other design needs for internal clients

required experience
10+ years of experience as an experienced marketing leader, designer, Creative Director or account executive B2B marketing experience with proven brand Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule and coordinate multiple task production Strong interpersonal skills to develop inter-departmental and agency relationships quickly. Ability to leverage these relationships to sell strategies and new ways of working. Ability to create forward-thinking concepts across interactive and traditional media while maintaining corporate branding standards and delivering against creative briefs. Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
