Purpose of Job

The Mailroom and Money Movement Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Service organization’s mailrooms and remittance processing teams.  Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Coordinates, manages, and monitors the workings of the various mailrooms and remittance processing groups.
  • Reviews and utilizes financial data to ensure and improve profitability.  Prepares and controls budget.
  • Plan effective strategies for streamlining operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of Service goals.  Seek opportunities to formulate and implement procedures and policies to maximize output and reduce footprint.
  • Job will be located in Dallas & will require 40% travel to other sites.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline OR 4 years related experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree in addition to the minimum years of experience required
  • 7+ years experience in operations management, to include strategic planning, production management or equivalent management experience
  • Leadership/business management experience
  • Experience with data analysis tools, industry data sources, Microsoft Office tools and applicable business software
