POSITION SUMMARY:


Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for direction and guidance for the Lash Group Nursing Staff. Will provide direct oversight to a team of Senior Nurse Managers responsible for call center based clinical support services. The DON will work collaboratively with other key stakeholders from the areas of operations, sales/marketing, information technology, quality, finance, project management, and human capital.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Primary oversight for assigned program(s), to include primary contact for client management and oversight of team managing the client program
  • Responsible for overall Clinical practice oversight in partnership with senior management team
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal company and external client stakeholders to meet goals and objectives of assigned program(s) and company initiatives
  • Accountability for defining overall training programs and initiatives for all levels of staff within management scope
  • Develop Nurse Management staff and ensure they are meeting maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness with team management
  • Determine key measures of success for assigned program(s) and ensure reporting routines are in place to measure and report success on a routine basis
  • Evaluate and synthesize data, articulate trends and make data-based recommendations for changes or new strategic direction
  • Partner with the operations team on all client activity for integrated approach, including scoping, implementation, continued success monitoring and overall development for the program
  • Client facing meetings and communication as needed in support of program
  • Quality auditing, reporting, and control monitoring in partnership with senior management
  • Identification, oversight and monitoring of quality improvement projects and initiatives; also responsible for participation in quality committee, to include evaluating overall trends and determine appropriate changes to quality monitoring and initiatives
  • Nursing staff recruitment and retention
  • Ensure appropriate program resource alignment in partnership with the client strategy
  • Innovation and strategic development of assigned program(s)
  • Nurse education, new thought leadership, and credentialing oversight
  • Serves as industry advocate representing Lash Group at industry events and organizations
  • Leads Lash Nursing group in the deployment of new industry appropriate credentialing opportunities
  • Identification of new growth and service line opportunities
  • Implementation of strategic goals designed to grow the business
  • Subject matter expert in support of New Business Development for the company
  • Other related duties as assigned



Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license
  • Minimum of ten years nursing experience; five years in management position require
  • Master's degree required
  • Call center experience required
  • Case management experience required
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturer experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% when necessary

  • Business acumen with ability to manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Share Point
