The Director of Omnichannel Merchandising will lead the definition and development of an omnichannel merchandising strategy in a high growth channel. As an extension of the front store team, this leader will define the digital business unit growth strategies that create multi channel customer behavior, drive higher share of wallet and higher lifetime
value. The Director will work closely with the front store, marketing and digital teams to build a leading digital commerce experience. The Director of Omnichannel Merchandising is a critical role responsible for leading e-commerce and omnichannel growth including new convenience fulfillment options.

Must be able to work effectively with all levels within the organization including marketing, merchandising, finance and operations. The position will manage direct reports.

Specific responsibilities include:

Lead strategy and implementation for key digital merchandising work streams that will drive breakthrough omnichannel performance


Develop merchandising and promotion strategies across e-commerce and new multi-channel initiatives such as curbside pickup

Lead content strategy and execution for an elevated Beauty experience

Manage merchandising and shopping experience for multiple initiatives to achieve omnichannel sales and margin goals In close collaboration with marketing and content development teams, drive and co-lead go-to-market planning to drive the business

Partner with analytics and optimization teams to synthesize complex web data, product performance and voice of customer data to form actionable insights to accelerate growth 468286
