TheDirector, Office of President and Chief Executive Officerwill be responsible for providing direct professional support to the President and CEO.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc., utilizing considerable judgment on behalf of the President and CEO.
Directs, monitors and contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly complex and involve oversight of the Office of the President and CEO.
Manages coordination of President and CEO speaking engagement requests.
Coordinates complex travel itineraries. Initiates routine and some non-routine correspondence.
Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
Utilizes the assistance of one or more lower level administrative assistants on a reporting or project basis.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
This position requires a BA/BS, three years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
The successful candidate will possess excellent planning, problem solving and time management skills required. Incumbent must have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, have thorough knowledge of departmental practices/policies and procedures and be able to work with highly confidential information.
