POSITION SUMMARY:

Summary:
 
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant role is responsible for developing and delivering solutions to  enable the execution of key line-of-business initiatives as a part of the HR human capital plans.  These solutions focus on driving improved business performance, shaping organizational design and culture, driving and supporting the execution and adoption of change, optimizing organizational and talent capabilities, and enhancing leadership effectiveness.  Candidates will be expected to develop strong, effective partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, and HR COEs; while also demonstrating sound business acumen during these interactions.

This role will consult and work closely with HRBPs and business leaders on Organizational Development & Effectiveness topics that include, but are not limited to:
Organizational assessment
Operating model design
Organizational structure design
Change management and adoption
Leadership development and executive coaching
Cultural transformation
Talent assessment and development
Competency development
Performance metrics / KPIs

The OE Consultant will partner with HRBPs in supporting the execution of core talent management processes to include: HR Review process, key stakeholder reviews, executive onboarding and integration, etc.

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a client facing HR and/or talent management role(s)
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related discipline
Must have professional experience designing and leading effective organization effectiveness, leadership development, performance enablement, executive engagement & assessment, and talent management strategies
 
Desired:
Designing and leading organization effectiveness, leadership development, performance enablement, executive engagement & assessment, and talent management strategies
Driving the integration of a broad set of organization effectiveness solutions as part of an overall business organizational and talent strategy
Supporting multiple and diverse businesses within a geographically dispersed organization
Designing and conducting organizational assessment and analysis (i.e., span of control analyses, reorganizations, etc.) for complex client and strategic business initiatives
Executing in a matrixed organization, to include building and managing cross functional relationships
