Lead the team responsible for driving successful outcomes for MetLife Region Application Development (RAD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS) organizations by enabling teams with accurate analysis of, and reporting on, their respective portfolio (financial) and/or projects (execution). Enhance execution by leading the creation, and adoption, of standards as it relates to the financial, project/program management, and administrative processes.



  • Ensure the delivery of accurate, and timely, portfolio analysis and reporting to RADUS and AMS
  • Partner with leadership (GTO, Business, P&E, etc.) to deliver on overall portfolio strategy
  • Assist customer base in identifying, and prioritizing, opportunities to maximize IT utilization in achieving MetLife goals
  • Full people management responsibility. Responsible for effective hiring, firing, promotions, performance appraisals and management, salary administration, training assessments and development plans, etc. for staff
  • Champions and influences the LOB's use of established processes, methodologies & tools and influences larger organization in the same


  • 5 or more years’ experience as financial or portfolio analyst; 5+ years managing people
  • 10 or more years’ experience in IT organization
  • Demonstrable expertise with MS Office and Enterprise Portfolio/Program Management tools (Clarity experience preferred)
  • Portfolio Management experience and/or certification desired
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field strongly preferred
