Our focus is all about building stuff and less on politics, barriers, and titles. We are a small passionate team but get the full benefits of the bigger Intuit.
QuickBooks Capital officially launched in November 2017 after a year-long beta program. The launch received accolades and coverage on TechCrunch , CNBC , and Bloomberg. We are now looking to scale the product (accelerate number of loans, increase auto decisioning rate, AI/ML powered targeting and prediction) and the team.

  • You understand the role of Big Data and are passionate about applying the power of analytics and data science to product building.
  • You're able to galvanize and energize Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to translate insights into meaningful solutions.
  • You have shipped products that have seen scale and volume
  • You are hands-on: Be it taking on coding tasks, getting into design discussions, or helping teams through a particularly tricky technical problem.
  • You Understand and practice design, development, & quality engineering functions in an agile development cycle
  • You love to stay abreast of best practices in software development
  • You are able to move fast and nimble even in a highly regulated industry because you build automation into every component of the product.
  • You love enabling your team to ship code daily.
  • You love wearing multiple hats, from solving tricky Engineering problems to innovating with business models and user experiences.
