Title:  Director Product Management
Location:  King of Prussia, PA, Norwalk, CT or Remote
 
The Director of CXT Product Management is responsible for leading the product planning and roadmap for the CXT solution suite.   This position requires critical thinking and a demonstrated ability for operational strategy execution of a product roadmap.   Works on complex problems and works on the interoperability capability among products.  Works on issues impacting the conceptual designs, selling and future concepts to generate product solution growth.  Often serves as a consultant to management and as an external spokesperson for the product line.  Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. 

This individual must have strong leadership skills to network and manage efforts across the organization, and to develop and articulate the solution strategy. Strength assessing and growing a portfolio are essential.  Understanding markets and market dynamic are critical capabilities.

This individual will have associated budgetary responsibility for the products that are assigned to them including managing R&D Cost Centers and ensuring products are delivered within budget targets. 

Primary Responsibilities
-Owns, manages, drives and guides product lifecycle over multiple products within a family.
(Owns equals customer sat, finances, strategy)
-Understands and can communicate customer business problems
-Writes business cases
Effectively communicate, validate and represent (evangelist) product strategy to the customer
-Effectively communicates the what
-Primary communication with Executive level and Directors
 
 
Secondary Responsibilities
 
-Monitors performance of support functions
-Effectively work with business development for build/buy/partner solutions.
-Manages direct reports

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing



Critical Skills

Demonstrated ability in managing people. 
Healthcare Leadership experience a plus
Must be a strong team player and have good interpersonal skills.   
Must have communication (oral and written) and interface effectively with all levels of management and customer as well as the technical team. 
Proven ability presenting internally and externally to executives.
 

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Payer experience a plus. 

Advanced knowledge of company*s products; ability to collect and analyze data

Education
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
