Title: Director, Threat Analytics & SIEM (NetWitness) PM
This role is responsible for leading the development of RSA's NetWitness’s Event & Incident Management solutions. This offering includes Log Management, Threat Analytics, and Reporting
+ Evaluates and drives product management processes (e.g., long term product strategic business and product requirement plans) with a team of three Product Managers. Ensures the right blend of trade-offs to maximize the product impact in the marketplace (competition, timing, costs, internal capabilities). + Makes decisions, shapes and/or champions new direction for the product line. Prepares and presents the strategic business plan supporting a particular product and/or product line to any audience, including executives and customers. + Analyzes, identifies and qualifies opportunities for new product features and functions in support of competitive product positioning and improvements to customer experience. + Leverages product/market knowledge to assist cross-functional groups including Product Marketing and field personnel with training content. + Supports senior staff with research, development, and presentation of new product concepts to gain timely management approval and handling of issues for product feature/function set. + Supports the development and implementation of the product, portfolio-wide and in some cases company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. + Evangelizes the Product with internal and external stakeholders to include Partners and Customers. Support Problem escalations as required with Sales and Customers. + Able to identify business development opportunities in the form of alliances, partnerships, acquisitions, which enable growth of the business, line beyond organic limits. + Coach and develop their team of product managers with the necessary PM professional skills
