Job Summary

This position leads strategy and tactical planning to strengthen Enterprise Sales and Marketing toolkit to support & improve processes and productivity. This position supports all of the Spectrum Enterprise Sales channels including Mid-Market, Strategic, National & Channel/Partner Sales. This position will routinely interact with the SVP of Sales and Field Marketing and the GVP of Sales for each of the channels to establish and execute strategy and execution of tactical plans to improve productivity and overcome process and developmental obstacles. The identified leader will directly lead the management of key sales & marketing initiatives to drive sales operations and marketing success withing the Sales organization.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing and Product teams to ensure content creation to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Ensure proper training of sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
  • Identify the next generation of sales enablement tools designed to accelerate revenue generation
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Conduct and report on market research
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
  • Assist the leadership team with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on progress relating to assigned strategic initiatives
  • Drive business deliverables and results, including monthly business reviews, fiscal planning and scorecards
  • Assist in the preparation of the budget and strategic plan and monitor their execution
  • Lead selected change management initiatives (internal and external processes and procedures)
  • Make data-based recommendations for process improvement and strategic business decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of Project Management experience driving solutions
  • Eight to ten years’ experience presenting to groups/clients
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong adherence to deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong ability to define priorities and unfailing attention to detail
  • Ability to work on projects simultaneously, change tasks quickly and see projects to the end
  • Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Expert in PowerPoint presentations with the ability to turn data into a compelling story
  • Superb written, analytical, communications, and presentations skills (written, oral, and quantitative)

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or equivalent training, education and experience
  • MBA preferred
