Overview/Priorities
•Baxter is creating a high-level, high-performing  internal/global strategy & operations consulting team, focused on key opportunities to increase the company's growth and profitability
•Critical, on-going opportunities across the breadth of Baxter's businesses and global presence
•Support senior management in making/executing critical investment decisions
•Project examples include (not limited to): Business Unit or Product Planning & Strategy, Market Evaluation, Profit Improvement & Long-Term Growth, Pricing Scenarios, and Organizational Transformation
Critical Responsibilities
•Broad program management responsibilities across key projects
•Ownership of analyzing performance across in-flight programs and managing necessary analytic activity on potential programs, and overall project ownership of select critical and/or large scale opportunities
•Assessment of commercial /functional opportunities to identify potential areas for revenue growth and margin improvement
•Review of alternative business models to help significantly reduce costs and/or increase revenue
•Facilitation of senior leadership dialogue on program priorities, alternatives and necessary tradeoffs
•Identification of key risks to achieving program goals/development of mitigation plans.

Qualifications :
Experience/Education
•Years of consulting experience
•Proven track record of successfully managing teams outside direct reporting control is a must
•Healthcare and/or pharma or medical device industry experience required
•Master's degree strongly recommended
