This role will be responsible for leading the Trade Management  team to enable National Accounts Sales efficiency and effectiveness through:  deal development, investment performance management, and Market Basket management,. The Director will partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align on annual planning, goals setting, and make sure investment guardrails are strategically set to enable profitable growth. The Director will ensure Trade Management resources are properly allocated across 4 segments to support the high priority opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

•Minimum Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in business analytics or Pricing/Finance with extensive customer interaction; 5+ years in leadership role

•Unique Qualifications or Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience managing high performing teams; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lead decision making based on analytics and insights to inform decisions; experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing customer proposals;  ability to develop long term strategy and communicate to team

 

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA degree preferred

 

Responsiblity:

 

•Overall management of the Trade management team and processes in scope

•Lead development of performance management processes as related to National Account Sales and partner with CMU Sales, Finance, and Merch to align on deal decisions/adjustments, segment priorities, and manage opportunity pipeline across all 4 segments

•Lead annual Trade Management opportunity pipeline planning and work with CMU Sales and Finance leadership to set annual SBO goals

•Coordinate with CMU Sales and Finance to establish/refresh investment guardrails

•Partner with Merchandising to optimize CMU customer assortment and prioritize CMU growth opportunities

•Serve as a liaison to facilitate and prioritize supplier driven CMU growth opportunities
