US Marketing Operations is one of seven teams within US Marketing focused on the development and execution of Regional / Cross-US Business and Local / US Business Unit marketing growth strategies.  It is responsible for the US marketing planning process, team development, resource / demand management and training, along with US campaign program management, Marcom development, Web design and Print / Digital production.  This team of highly engaged and capable professionals is led by the VP, US Marketing Operations.   

 

The Director, US Marketing Program Management reports to the VP, US Marketing Operations and plays an integral role overseeing the flow of work across the internal team and external suppliers. 

    

 

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Marcom, Web Design and Print / Digital Production projects
  • Acting as the primary project leadership interface between senior US Marketing / Business Leaders and external suppliers
  • Managing external vendor selection and budget management, in close partnership with Finance and Procurement
  • Serving as primary contact for Brand Identity Guideline implementation, training and issue escalation
  • Partnering with US Regional and Business Unit Marketing teams to prioritize work and ensure proper support and resource prioritization
  • Providing “rolled-up” reporting to US Marketing leadership on project volume, on-time delivery and budget
  • Communicating large scale campaign updates to US Marketing leadership, while monitoring and consolidating all risks and issues, and escalating them as needed

 

  • 10+ years in Account or Project Management at an agency, design or in-house/client creative group, focused on all aspects of internal and external campaign development including strategy, creative (i.e., advertising, collateral, digital and video), production and measurement
  • Highly computer-literate with experience utilizing MS Project and/or other project management tools
  • Experience working and managing multiple external vendor relationships
  • Influential leadership skills with ability to distil large amounts of data into clearly concise stories
  • Proven ability to develop productive cross-functional partnerships at the line of business, regional, and enterprise levels
  • Strong negotiation skills with an assertive approach needed to manage and influence people who are not direct reports
  • BA/BS degree required
