The Director, U.S. Marketing
(Orthopedics) will develop and implement annual marketing plans, the
strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve established goals. They
assess marketing needs of the regional marketing team and allocate resources to
develop new capabilities and team member skills. They meet regularly with sales
leadership to establish direction and priorities, and goals and targeted
objectives, participate in the strategic planning process and portfolio
planning, and partner with the Global Strategic Marketing team to launch new
products in the assigned region and ensure alignment with global launch
strategy. They are responsible for tactical execution of regional product
launches including sales forecasting, inventory allocation, customer targeting,
and coordination of regional & national trainings. The incumbent’s

various DePuy Synthes businesses, and ensure all marketing communications are
coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure
