Staffmark has a temp-to-hire opening with a fast-growing company located in Cincinnati! This is a great opportunity for customer-service driven individuals who are looking for a challenging and rewarding work environment!

As a Dispatch Coordinator you would be responsible for scheduling work for our HVAC technicians and coordinating schedule dates with clients. Responsibilities include creating, following up and closing out emergency HVAC service calls, quoted repairs or unit installations. Our customers are extremely sophisticated and many of them have an auxiliary web system that requires updates, and gives clients total visibility of the progress of our work. This position requires flexible hours and OT as needed. This position is critical to our success and will require strong administrative and communication skills. Also important in this position is the ability to work directly with and influence service technicians.

  • Responsible for day to day scheduling and routing of up to 20 HVAC technicians

  • Responsible for issuing purchase orders for maintenance supplies and parts timely so that preventive maintenance visits and repair work can be completed timely.

  • Answer phones and respond to customer email inquiries

  • Enter service calls and place service request in our system

  • Create proposals for repair work in our system

  • Provide account support and update our system as well as customer software programs
