The Company’s E&P division provides oilfield waste services to its customer base and operates three types of waste management and disposal facilities: treatment, recovery and disposal facilities; engineered landfills; and salt water disposal injection wells. The Dispatcher (E&P) is responsible for the coordinator of drivers and equipment to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
• Effectively schedules trucks to optimize overall efficiency.
• Monitors route time intervals for gaps.
• Monitors employee hours to minimize overtime.
• Balances the distribution of hours between drivers.
• Monitors driver times to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Ensures driver DOT logs are current before dispatching drivers.
• Monitors Fleet Magic for HSE excursions.
• Incorporates Journey Management into driver scheduling.
• Collects daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Creates work orders for the shop.
• Collects completed work orders and enters data into tracking spreadsheet.

• High School diploma or GED. (Required) • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving or dispatching heave commercial oilfield service trucks. • Experience in a customer-facing position. • One year of experience in the waste services or oilfield industries.
