Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for Disputes Call Center Representatives in the Cincinnati, OH area. These positions are temp to hire opportunities paying $13/hour. As a Disputes Call Center Rep you will provide optimal service to customers by
supplying accurate account information and establishing expectations regarding disputed
transactions. Responsible for initiating, analyzing and rendering decisions on customer disputes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Handling inbound customer calls, researching and resolving customer issues.
*Staying in strict compliant with company policies and procedures.
*Offering excellent customer service to customers, including good verbal and written skills.
*High school diploma or equivalent experience.
*Minimum of one year of previous in-bound call center experience or a minimum of two years of face to face customer service experience.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong computer and typing skills.
*Ability to remain professional in all circumstances to customers, merchants and teammates.
*Banking background is a plus.
