Adecco is currently assisting a national lender in their search to fill multiple Customer Service Representative -Dispute position in Cincinnati, OH. This is for a long-term temporary with possibility for hire for the successful candidate. These positions are clerical positions. Anyone that has a QC or QA background would be a good fit. Our associates will be working in card fraud but more behind the scenes doing clerical work, not on the phones taking customer calls.

Monday through Friday - 11:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

$13.00 an hour
• Detail Oriented
• Analytical skills - requirement
• Computer Savvy
• Ability to multitask
• Bankcard disputes experience (Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH)
• Ability to understand general accounting (Debits and Credits)
• MasterCard/Visa regulation knowledge or Chargeback Processing background
-Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
-Experience in QA or QC clerical position
-Minimum of 2 years of Disputes experience
-Experience using account management software and an automated Dialer system
-Available to work on weekends
-Great communication, negotiation, and listening skills
-Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with the ability to talk and type.
-Project a positive image over the phone while utilizing negotiation skills to balance the needs of the customer and the business
-Exemplify good work ethic in regards to punctuality, attendance, and compliance
