Acts as liaison between customer, sales, and production facility. Provide customer service on projects and accounts using kitting, inventory and distribution services in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Provide internal and external performance reporting and metrics for both our customers as well as the organization.

  • Works with customers, customer service reps, and sales force on jobs requiring inventory storage and distribution
  • Processes external and internal data to prepare multi-location shipments
  • Shipment and job level exception avoidance measures
  • Maintain internal and external customer relationships
  • Provide pro-active internal and external inventory and shipment communication
  • Create and establish processes for customer accounts
  • Insures inventory integrity and turnover by following processes to report and relieve slow moving/obsolete inventory
  • Maintains inventory via company systems

Required Skills

Requires very good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job. Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on department or company.

Must have very good knowledge of technology to include corporate specific systems, computers and software programs such as MS Office which should include spreadsheet and word processing programs. Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact with while completing daily work assignments of the job. Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments. Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.

Required Experience

Experience in Inventory and Distribution services, functioning in a printing environment.

Advanced knowledge in technology to include specific corporate systems, computer and software programs such as MS Office, which should include spreadsheet and word processing programs.
