This critically meaningful role is responsible for management of a team of Field Nurses dedicated to the delivery of clinical services and education to our clients. This role will report to a Senior Director, Field Nursing LTC of Omnicare Account Management and will lead activities that further develop client relationships, aid in retention and expansion of existing business, and help to ensure execution of contract covenants.

Required Qualifications:

The District Manager, Field Nurses LTC will have strong clinical knowledge and proven client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:

- You demonstrate a track record of success in leadership of a clinical team
- Demonstrated client relations skills that deliver impactful, creative solutions real time
- You show success utilizing project and time management skills; ability to strategically and creatively solve problems when looking after a multitude of variables
- You actively taking on issues in a critical manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind
- You perform under pressure and adapting to changing dynamics
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable in a fair, accommodating, and equitable manner
- Ability to travel regularly, at least 50%

Territory of Field Nurses: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia

Preferred Qualifications:


- Multi-facility long term care clinical experience or Director/Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred

5 years clinical management experience (example, Director of Nursing); prior experience leading remote colleagues

Graduate of an accredited school for registered nursing with current licensure required
