Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Document Control Specialist/Engineering Service Coordinator in San Diego, CA area. - ERP/ Data Entry Experience, input into JD Edwards business system
- Detail Oriented
- Verifying/ updating part numbers
- Revisions on parts
- 6 month length of assignment
- Must be flexible to work from 7am-5pm, 8 hour shift fixed start time, can be around 7AM.
- Configure Management experience needed, Configuration management of engineering records
¿ Input new and maintain standard product data and their relationships within MRP systems.
¿ Maintain all individual part item master data and their relationships within MRP systems.
¿ Process, and manage engineering change orders (ECO/EAR's).
¿ Update, and manage manufacturing shop documentation.
¿ Be compliant to ITAR regulations for document control.
¿ Trouble shoot/audit modified product data entries including B.O.M.¿s and Routings.
¿ Conduct regular audits by reviewing data integrity (including:BOM, Routing, Shop Documentation, & Drawings)
¿ Maintain document control for new and revised procedures, work instructions and forms.
¿ Maintain Corrective action data base, issuing weekly reports for C/A status.
¿ Other support duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ESSENTIAL TO JOB DUTIES:
¿ Job involves working indoors in a manufacturing environment, under noise levels that may exceed 85 dBa.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
¿ Sits at a desk, stands, and walks through facility, intermittently to perform work.
¿ Manipulates equipment using fingers to push keys and hands to maneuver equipment.
¿ Communication and interpretation of written and verbal information.
