Pay rate: $11.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm
Duration: 3 months, possible temp to perm
• High School diploma or equivalent. • Good eye hand coordination. • Ability to work on their own. • Must be able to work in team environment by maintain positive, productive relationship with company workers, management and production department. • Must be able to adapt to changing situations and be flexible. • Must be able to perform repetitive work by continuously executing different tasks according to set procedures, sequence or pace while maintain quality and output standards. • Must be able to work in production facility by adopting to moderate to medium noise levels. • Deal with moderate stress levels by adapting to and coping with stressful situations for extended time frame. • To handle customer orders, may be required to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. from the waist height carrying it 10 feet and lowering back to floor.
Ensure and maintains customer satisfaction according to company standards of output by prepping, assembling and binding documents. Maintain minimum standards set by PS+ standards. • Achieve customer satisfaction by consistently prepping documents at a rate of 1200 pages/hour or higher. • Meet deadlines by working in high-pressure environment at fast pace, while maintaining quality and error free work. • Achieve time productive statistics by meeting standards established by facility. • Maintain document prep performance (pull staples, clips, rubber-bands, fix bent corners, insert project barcodes). Working knowledge of barcode usage, reassembly needs (if required). • Extract mail from envelopes that have been slit open and prep the contents for scanning. • Complete paperwork in timely accurate and legible manner. • Communicate problems effectively promptly to manager. • Prevent prep and reassembly errors by maintain an organized workstation. • Achieve customer satisfaction, performing error free prep per customer specifications, utilizing required barcodes.
