Summary:  The IRL consumes interlock burnup charts and other metrics to monitor the development towards a release goal. Owns the coordination of a release involving several application teams.
  • Review, asses and manage all application interlock lists
  • Obtain interlock commitment from DellMain teams
  • Document planned build-completion dates for all in-scope components of each interlock holistically including FBE, DellMain, and Middleware
  • Rationalize interlock build delivery with specified milestones and DellMain release windows to plan for SIT and UAT testing
  • Obtain and maintain DFN to DellMain connectivity and code updates across all prod and non-prod environments in constant preparation for Federal testing to production deployments.
  • Support prioritization of E2E PO actions across multiple program efforts while protecting assigned program time-lines.
  • Works closely with the PO's and TPMs working on the changes
  • Engage with Test Manager and Environment manager to ensure a smooth planning and execution of the testing phases
  • Create specific Interlock and Release Schedule plans to meet time-lines and budgets.
  • Support and facilitate the sizing process whenever required (Initial sizing or CR)  
  • Highlight issue on the weekly scorecard and follow up their resolution
  • Keep the team informed of management decisions coming from the Requesting Segment / PMO / steering committee
  • Present in weekly/Qtly IER as well as any other Project meeting requiring representation for FED (CR meeting, Steering Committee, ...)
  • Ability to identify and concisely articulate time-line inputs, risks to releases, and adaptability with changing environment
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills for different audiences (tactical to executive levels).
  • Drives timely collaboration among various groups
  • Identifies release schedule resolutions with creative solutions
  • SCRUM MASTER expertise
  • Successful technology background required
