The Early Intervention Sales Consultant will sell and manage the Orthovisc, Monovisc and PEAK PRP product lines within an assigned territory and engage in cross-promotional sales activities for XARELTO. This Early Intervention Sales Consultant is required to develop and execute a business plan while maximizing growth within DePuy Synthes’ non-surgical product platform. This includes working with Surgeons, Office Staff, Pain Management Specialists and Rheumatologists throughout various aspects of the product sales cycle.
The Early Intervention Sales Consultant will act as an expert in the area of viscosupplementation and other minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment modalities. In this role, it will be the sales consultant’s duty to promote effective product support using various tools including an online benefits and reimbursement web portal. Territory development of specific target accounts focusing on key clinicians will be fundamental including targeting and providing sales coverage for less developed accounts. Additionally, the EISC must work in close alignment with surgical field sales teams to close portions of the sales cycle. Travel to all accounts within assigned territory, as directed by DePuy Synthes Mitek Field Sales, will be necessary.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of a 4-year undergraduate college degree and aptitude for field sales. 1-3 year's field sales or field support experience preferable within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical industries Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States and must successfully complete a background investigation, to include a review of your driving record history. The ability to travel related to this role is required. Good written and oral communication skills are required.
