Candidate should have strong inspection background or advanced education to enable becoming CD-SEM metrology and/or e=beam inspection expert. Participates actively in all applications activities. Work is done under limited supervision. Responsibility includes managing the definition and implementation of processes and applications, to meet the product road map and customer requirements. Works in deep collaboration with R&D from the product group and with MTCG. Will work to maximize tool entitlement including building and maintaining high quality and stable recipes. Works closely with customers, product groups and R&D to identify customer or industry high value problems and growth opportunities. Leads and executes in-fab tool evaluation activities. Implements new products & features to the field smoothly, effectively and with high value to customers. Will participate in customer training.
This position includes on site application support and local team training, in additional to writing best known methods and relevant documentation. Work is done closely with the account and fab based process and technology groups.

- Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Material Eng or other STEM related degree. B.S. in STEM with 4 yrs experience
- M.S./Ph.D. preferred with 2 yrs experienced
