Job Description

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. seeks an E-Business Systems Consultant 4 (Senior Business Analyst) in Charlotte, NC to perform in-depth analysis of moderate to complex business needs and business problems solved through digital product-based solutions, such as Microsoft SharePoint 2013. This position is responsible for producing user stories/business requirements and acceptance criteria through conducting research/analysis and synthesizing user needs/feedback, evaluating current processes and tools, recommending new digital solutions, liaising between the business and technical organization, and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in business systems analysis and technical writing, including at least three years of experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and using Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, MS Visio, and Axure applications, and at least two years of experience utilizing Microsoft SharePoint 2013 as an administer or power user and facilitating Joint Requirement Planning sessions.
