POSITION SUMMARY:

The Echo/Vascular Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and sound judgment in the delivery of patient care. The Echo/Vascular Technician is responsible and accountable for the provision of diagnostic testing to assigned patient population in accordance with physician's orders, recognized technician techniques, and polices procedures, established standards, and administrative policies of the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • One year clinical experience required
  • Certified by RDMS/RVT required RDCS preferred
  • BLS Healthcare Provider
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency
  • Good interpersonal, communications skills, and ability to establish organizational skills.
  • Able to use independent judgment
