eCommerce Marketing Manager - Burlington, VT

We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual to support the Director of eCommerce and the marketing team's efforts as they create cohesive, multichannel content and programs to continually promote the brand.
An excellent candidate has a balance of creativity, communication and analytical skills while collaborating with colleagues in marketing and product development. You will lead conversion rate optimization on email marketing campaigns and own all aspects of email production. You will grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships and other strategies while dramatically increasing traffic, conversion and profitability of the brand. Strong project management skills required!

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
Proven success managing and growing eCommerce stores
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Luxury, fashion, beauty, CPG experience a plus
Strong knowledge of Bronto, Magento, Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing others and leveraging resouces with effective cross team communications
Willingness to work with tight deadlines
Curiosity for new technologies and emerging trends
Highly responsible, collaborative and self motivating
Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS
