Develop or review economic models for collateral valuation using public record, proprietary, and appraisal data to detect anomalies in residential appraisals and flag cases for risk management review. Analytical framework is embedded within a larger application, so researcher is responsible for development work, along with interfacing with larger application development and operations teams to assure that all analytics are deployed properly. Communicate with team through technical whitepapers/documentation.

Ph.D in economics or other quantitative field; courses, training or research must have included work with data preparation and working with large datasets; strong economic model estimation and selection skills (OLS, logistic, and survival modeling); proficiency with SAS and Matlab.
