The Education Channel Marketing Associate is responsible for the sales management and execution of the G Series and Gatorade sideline equipment in the Education (high school and C&U) channel of business. Our objective is to deliver efficacy education, personal experiences and product usage among influencers & athletes that drive base product adoption and incubation.

The Education Channel consists of over 150+ Athletic Team Dealers (ATD) that focus on Sports Medicine and Team Sports sales. Gatorade works with a team of regional brokers to manage the ATDs across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main Gatorade contact for ATD network customer service team
  • Management of day-to-day ATD customer relationship
  • Assist with Broker day-to-day management
  • Agency Management
  • Management of sideline kit and straight case fulfillment to ATD network
  • Demand Planning and Management
  • Product and pricing set-up and audit of system pricing
  • P&L Accountabilities for the Athletic Channel Budget
  • Payment and invoice management
  • Sales Material Production development
  • IMS and Targetbase reporting and analysis
  • ATD Spiff and Broker Compensation tracking and execution
  • Brand equity management with ATD sales materials
  • Athlete and Influencer Pipeline/Activations


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of customer service, supply chain/logistic experience
  • Marketing or sales experience a plus
  • Superior project management, inventory management, oral & written communication, budget management skills
  • Understanding of sales and promotional strategies
  • Superior consumer and competitive understanding
  • Significant supplier partnership experience, proven negotiation skills
  • Self-starter, team player, leader
