Intern assignments, generally 10 - 12 weeks, are focused in specific HR areas such as: client support, employee/union relations, organization and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, acquisition integration, etc. Assignments will expose program participants to the vital role HR plays in solving key business issues and problems. Successful internship assignments may lead to program placement.
Working towards a Bachelors or Degree in Human Resources, with experience in HR or have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in similar areas. Coop positions may be available in select businesses/locations.
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent.
Must be geographically mobile as requested by business.
Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in software, IT or relevant area.
