Seeking a high-quality Service Technician, looking for a career, to join our company

Full Time Service Technician Responsibilities:

� Provide excellent customer service

� Punctuality and attendance are crucial

� Repair commercial and industrial equipment at customer locations.

� Fill out and submit service call paperwork completely, accurately and timely

� Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays properly communicated to customer

� Effectively communicate with:



Parts � including warranty return

Manager and other office co-workers

Equipment Vendors as necessary

Job Requirements �Associates degree or trade school degree or 4 years equivalent HVAC/industrial equipment tech experience
�Strong mechanical aptitude
�Strong electrical knowledge is required - ability to troubleshoot PLC controls; experience with single, three phase and low voltage circuits and knowledge of AC and DC drives required
�Ensure compliance with company, industry and regulatory safety standards and protocols
�Excellent written and verbal communication
�Excellent customer service skills
�Good computer skills
�Maintain a valid driver�s license and excellent driving record
�Must be able to read, write and speak English
�Must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.
�Must pass a drug screen, DMV check, background check and DOT substance test
