SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN FOR ROXBORO/SEMORA, NC AREA

Monitor production processes and product quality. Coordinate efforts to make adjustments to the process or equipment to maintain quality and production standards. Track and report daily performance measurements.
Troubleshoot/Diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operation equipment, utilizing standard electronic test equipment while referencing technical drawings and documents.
Supports engineers and other technical staff in responding to problems
Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance functions.
Create and update documentation of all types: schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, assembly diagrams, maintenance logs, standard operating procedures, and instruction manuals, to keep documentation accurate, available and ready for use as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Electrical skills focused on, but not limited to:
Controls: PLC, VFD, Solenoids, Servos, Burners.
Power Distribution
Allen Bradley Drives-Preferred
Endress and Hauser Flow and Temperature Transmitters Preferred
AC Motors & VFD
Field Devices: Limit Switches, Proximity Switches, Load Cells.
Diagnostic Tools: Meger Meter, Multi-Meter, Amp Probe, Infrared Thermometer, Oscilloscope

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Education and/or
AS or AAS Electrical/Electronic Technology Degree or
AS or BS in Electronics Engineering Technology
5-10 years of manufacturing/technical field experience or
