Troubleshoot and resolve major technical issues relating to production/distribution. Work with Team Leaders and management to lead and direct the efforts of the Electro Mechanics to meet production/distribution requirements. Set priorities and provide direction to the shift Electro Mechanics. Provide coaching and training to the Electro Mechanics and provide feedback on job performance.

Resolves major technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical and control systems. Direct and improve maintenance systems (preventative, corrective, predictive and spare parts). Lead technical projects for process upgrades and improvements. Creation of SOPs. Develop training material for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide work direction as well as coaching and feedback to Electro Mechanics. Occupational Demand Requirements: Position may involve sitting, walking, standing, seeing, talking, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching, keying, hearing, twisting, bending, kneeling, balancing, feeling or handling. Position may involve lifting, carrying or pushing more than 50 pounds. Position may involve reading, speaking, writing, reasoning, calculating, or analyzing. Position may enter confined areas or be exposed to noise, extreme temperatures, fumes/dust/odors, weather, vibrations, potential hazards or potential allergens. Position may work inside or outside.

Make decisions on how to resolve major technical problems while minimizing downtime on equipment. Prioritize workload to meet production requirements.
