The primary function of this role is to assemble printed circuit boards and the resulting finished products.
- Assemble assigned product(s) using detailed instructions such as; standard manufacturing procedures, specifications,
work instructions, drawings, routings, work orders and/or other appropriate documentation.
Specific tasks include:
Conducts and documents first piece inspections on materials to be used in product assembly
Conducts final assembly testing and may pack finished goods. Tasks may include; soldering, wiring and use of hand tools
Reports all problems or recognized deviations to set-up operator or supervisor
Must be able to work across product assembly areas as needed
May be asked to assist with training of other employees
