We are looking for a Solid Electronic Assembler who will work with our assembly manufacturing team mounting components, pulling the wires, and connecting the wire to the components installed in electrical cabinets. Responsibilities: Assembly operations: installation of components like power supplies, filters, terminal blocks, circuit breakers and switches. Wire Prep operations: Crimping, wire stripping, cutting, pulling, bundling marking with wire labels the wires and cables. Wire termination: Connecting the wire to the components, routing the wire and cables in nice looking orderly fashion, checking tightness, wire and wire label accuracy, quality workmanship. Rework: During the testing process changes come up and you will have to remove, add and or replace wires and components. Work with multiple wire gauges sizes from 20 to 10 gauges, along with multiple connector cables, cables, cat 5 cables, power supplies, circuit boards, terminal blocks, etc. Use hand tools to wire, crimp, and cut gauge Hours: 7:00am -3:30pm or 6:00am to 2:30pm and some overtime as needed on Saturdays Requirements: Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings/ have the ability to visualize from the drawing what you're building Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours with some frequent sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, and climbing on step stools/ladders Ability to lift 40 lbs Ability to communicate in English Self motivated and ability to stay on task Ability to work in a team environment
