This position is responsible for generating increased sales for Eaton’s lighting products and lighting systems and solutions by identifying, targeting and aggressively pursuing potential large end-user accounts. Develops a viable business relationship and ensure that Eaton's lighting solutions provide quality goods and services which will meet the customer's changing needs. This position is charged with identification, development and implementation of business strategies including the analysis and prioritization of target businesses and/or business segments to supplement/complement existing sales initiatives. Recommends new or modified business strategies, new business initiatives and programs and products to assure a competitive market position is maintained. The incumbent remain current on emerging technologies, Eaton’s Lighting products and lighting solutions and systems and product improvements to continually meet the needs of existing customers while developing opportunities with new customers and/or new market segments.
