Come join the Accountant Segment Sales Team as an Outbound Sales Consultant. We are looking for Sales Consultants who have high energy, are ambitious, self-starters, career minded, and bring high proficiency and passion for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Inside Sales (Outbound) Consultant is responsible for selling products to Accountant customers via telephone
Sales primarily made through outbound telephone sales activities. May have limited inbound call responsibility
Proactively contacts customers for the purpose of identifying and selling new and additional products
Proactively calling out to many different lead sources
Placing orders and perform customer database tracking activities
Establishes credibility with the customer by addressing their current needs and cultivates follow-up and attach opportunities for specialists to work on
Builds relationships within their team to learn and share best practices
Requires general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Exercises judgment within generally defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner
Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
Deliver high quality customer experiences
Generate revenue and meet sales performance goals according to defined sales standards and processes
Prioritize work time to optimize customer interaction, sales, and self-development
- Min. of 2 to 3 years outbound sales experience. Experience with software sales a plus
- Strong sales & business acumen is essential, as well as the ability to solve complex customer and organizational challenges
- Candidates must be results driven, team oriented with proven ability to sell
- Project a positive and professional attitude, and continuously learn through individual and team supported feedback
- Experience with Accounting, Siebel, SFDC, QuickBooks, Payroll and CRM preferred but not required
