We're looking for an Engineering Manager for the Personal Interaction Super Block (PINT) team. This person will lead a team of backend engineers to develop a platform that is critical for the growth of LinkedIn and for the growth of our members' professional networks. Specifically, the PINT team helps our members build their networks by enabling them to integrate third-party contacts, calendars, and other personal data into the LinkedIn experience then provides opportunities for members to connect with, message, and engage with people they know.
As an Engineering Manager on the PINT team, you must have a strong technical background in order to drive the road map for this growth-critical platform. The tech stack comprises stream-processing components, Restful APIs, and offline jobs, all to store and serve one of the largest datasets in LinkedIn's domain. You will work with the team to innovate on the software architecture, engage with product teams to deliver new value to our members, and develop a long-term strategy for the platform.
