This part time (on-call) person will interact with all employees to provide a wide range of functions including soldering, rework, mechanical prototype assembly, test equipment & capital asset tracking/documentation/maintenance, and other various support tasks as needed.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly drawings and electronics schematics
Must have knowledge of basic assembly technique, electronic assembly tools and equipment, ability to solder, measuring devices, OSHA safety rules.
Good working knowledge of MS Office for documentation creation, and modification
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to prioritize, be detail oriented, and have history of managing time well to accomplish multiple tasks in parallel
Good documentation skills
High Aptitude for learning new things
Previous or current certification to one of the following standards
IPC 7711/7721; or
Other EIA/TIA, IEC and applicable industry training may be considered to fulfill this requirement
