Our client - a large healthcare insurer in the local market - has a need for a Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) within their Project Management Office, supporting efforts that tie into their Sales & Marketing division as well as that of their Legal, Compliance, and Membership Operations divisions.
The EBA will be part of a team that is made of Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and others that are responsible for the implementation of various Healthcare products.
The EBA will have the responsibility of gathering product requirements for the refresh and new product offerings. One of the main projects is focused around bringing products to market that are aimed at the individual member market. The EBA will be managing the needs and requirements of various business related stakeholders and coordinating the efforts required to incorporate the various business components into the respective product. There is also a software portion of these projects and the EBA will have responsibility for understanding the software component requirements from a high-level.
The EBA must have the ability to work effectively on cross-functional project initiatives by building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, establishing clear expectations, and holding team members accountable for timely delivery on project commitments.
The ideal EBA will need to demonstrate that they have taken requirements from cross functional business groups ( e.g. Human Resources, Legal, Sales, etc.) in an enterprise-wide environment. They should have experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders (20+) that are made up of the cross-functional business groups.
Please note that the hiring team does not like to see experience that is strictly focused on a systems development initiative where the EBA was taking requirements for one specific group or stakeholder as the skills necessary to function within this environment eclipse just the software/development/one stakeholder realm.
