Join Fortune 7, CVS Health as the Enterprise Disaster Recovery (EDR) Governance Manager! In this role you will ensure internal compliance with all CVS Health policies and protocols. the governance manager will also manage all EDR tools, including existing (BC in the Cloud) and incoming tools, ensuring EDR properly utilizes enterprise tools, that the data is accurate and timely and recommended any changes or new tool development. You compile, track and analyze all data gathered during planning and testing of EDR plans/programs, maintaining metrics and reporting requirements for EDR. This will include post test reporting, annual summaries, audit reporting, remediation requirements and similar communications internal and external to CVS Health.

In this role, you will also work to ensure that all CVS Health EDR Plans are maintained within approved software systems/tools and adhere to the standards developed by the EDR Program. This will minimize the impact of major system outages and ensure all EDR programs and plans are consistent with current CVS Health and DR policies. Additionally, you will develop EDR training programs for the EDR team and for the greater CVS Health IT enterprise, working closely with the CVS Health training division. He or she will develop/propose annual training objectives for IT. Training programs will clearly emphasize annual training/awareness objectives, assess new or changed systems for
training requirements and encompass all IT stakeholders.

As a CVS Health EDR manager you will work with CVS Health teams on PBM client audits with the CART team and client management teams. Additionally, he or she will work with the PBM sales teams on potential client proposals and interface with those teams and potential clients to satisfy client queries on our DR programs. In addition, you will work with the CVS Health Internal Audit team to satisfy annual internal audit requirements and any quarterly or out of cycle audit requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Integrate new EDR tool solutions across functional lines; translate business needs into EDR solutions including computer platform, database, networking, systems integration, disaster recovery, and security, using recommend best-fit and best-breed architectures.
-Responsible for ensuring IT Changes to production are incorporated into the EDR reporting and training platforms.
-Recommend hardware and software solutions, tools, and utilities when appropriate.
-Establish and monitor key initiatives, communicate essential information, coordinate associated activities, obtain expert input, review open issues and action items for ongoing projects and contribute information and recommendations during meetings and briefings.
-Identify opportunities to leverage technologies to increase EDR efficiency.
- Assist with the definition of system and operational requirements as it relates to EDR.
-Provide program management oversight for ongoing EDR tools and metrics reporting projects.
-Analyze, absorb and apply rapidly changing technologies as part of integrated solutions to business requirements within Disaster Recovery environment.
-Assist and participate with the construct of high-level and detailed technology roadmaps across CVS Health’s IT organization.
-Model, define and document as-is and to-be technical architectures when appropriate.
