Position Summary:
As the Enterprise Health Plan Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Enterprise Health Plan Senior Advisors who will own a Book of Business comprising of 10-12 Health Plan clients. In addition, the Enterprise Health Plan Director will also directly own 1 large National Health Plan relationship. In this role the Director will be responsible for developing our Enterprise Health Plan strategy, value proposition, aligning goals and targets. This individual will have direct interaction with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare leader, you will oversee 3-5 direct reports that will be responsible for growing and maintaining our Enterprise relationship. Your primary focus as a Health Plan Director is to lead and develop the Enterprise team helping to set and execute on overall strategy that will drive results. In addition the individual should be able to work cross functional across the organization to coordinate activity, drive innovation and meet market needs.

Primary Responsibilities include:
- Leading the direct activities of the strategic account team by providing the overall direction and strategy
- Being accountable for growth targets including Dispensing Growth, Network retention, specialty, Coram, Omnicare, etc.
-Developing and maintaining Sr. Level relationships across various organizations
- Influencing client up-sell opportunities, growth, and retention by clearly communicating the client vision amongst the account team
- Leading the team with strategizing, planning, and other tools to meet client needs
- Managing contracts and ensuring that CVS Health solutions are effectively positioned to result in increased revenue

Your success as an Enterprise Health Plan Director will be driven by your ability to grow revenue for the assigned book of business and achieve above average client satisfaction scores. Your understanding of the Healthcare landscape and managed care environment as well as keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position CVS Health programs and solutions effectively to client decision makers. The contributions you will make as a Health Plan Director will position CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive pharmacy and healthcare marketplace.

The candidate can be located in one of the CVS Corporate Hubs or remotely. You must have ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Required Qualifications:
*8+ years of cumulative experience managing a large client account in the PBM, health plan, or related healthcare field with a focus on account ownership and strategy.
* Must be able to travel up to 40%.
* Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.
* Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
* Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured.

Preferred Qualifications:
*10+ years of cumulative experience managing a large client account in the PBM, health plan, or related healthcare field with a focus on account ownership and strategy.
*Prior experience leading a team of sales and account management professionals
*Knowledge of Overall Healthcare and Pharmacy Landscape
*Strong understanding of Health Plan Payors and specific lines of business – Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, Exchanges
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal – individual needs to be comfortable presenting to Sr. Executives, Subject Matter Experts, Pharmacy, Medical Affairs etc.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
* RxClaim experience

*Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
