Enterprise Relationship Manager, Talent Solutions
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Talent Solutions team in acting as a trusted adviser and ensure our customers see strong ROI with our recruiting solutions. You will possess strong problem solving skills, innovative thinking and have a strategic approach to selling our solutions to your dedicated customer base. You strive to meet/exceed revenue goals regardless of headwinds and challenges, you've got grit and a growth mindset. You will always have your clients "best interest in mind" and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Drive revenue by being a trusted adviser and consultant to your dedicated customer base
  • Proactively prospect and building pipeline on a weekly basis
  • Grow business in advance of a renewal through consistent and meaningful touches through the year
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Partner with your customers to solve meaningful business problems and ensure they have the right solution in place to solve for their needs
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience with SaaS sales, sales hunting and Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience with recruitment media and recruiting
  • Experience working in the recruitment consulting or staffing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Has grit and growth mindset
  • Experience in developing and managing client strategies that result in success
  • Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making, influence and persuade others
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
