Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Enterprise Supply Chain COE Lead that is currently located in Raritan, NJ but will be relocating to Titusville, NJ in July 2017.
The Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) COE Lead will be pivotal in leading the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of ESC results, as well as providing value added insights and analytics to both Business Unit Finance (BUF) and Operations to drive overall strategy.  This role will provide leadership and support for the Quality, Strategy, Engineering, EH&S, Network, and Leadership Team Supply Chain budgets.  The Lead will also identify and support appropriate standardization of FP&A activities across the Business Service COE by challenging the status quo.
This role will oversee a team of 2, and will be responsible for coaching, providing feedback, and developing the necessary FP&A skills of the analysts.  The Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model is forged through strong collaboration across the COE, BUF, GS, and Operations.  The lead’s core understanding of the FP&A processes, as well as their ability to take ownership for performance and development of others, will be vital to the success of the OpEx team as a whole.
Key Activities:
  • Business Plan and Quarterly Forecast Support and Analysis
  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution
  • Support of numerous Vice Presidents/Directors across Supply Chain with regard to budget management
  • Drive standardization in FP&A activities across the Business Support COE
  • Lead the ESC analysts through on going deliverables and continue their development into strong financial professionals
  • Influence and drive vision for the continued evolution of the Business Support COE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • A major in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting is required                                               
  • Prior people management experiences preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word skills is required
  • Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization 
  • Must have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills 
  • This position requires a highly-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • May require up to 5% domestic travel
  • Position is located in Raritan, NJ but will be relocating to Titusville, NJ in July 2017
