As an Enterprise ProSupport Master Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and designing technical solutions for a range of dynamic environments. You will assist Enterprise ProSupport Engineers by replicating customer environments in our onsite ProSupport Data Center Labs.  You will have opportunities to deploy complex solutions and to assist other deployment teams globally.  An expectation for this role is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple platforms and involving multiple technologies.   You will be expected to have a broad understanding of server, networking and storage interworking, as well as how all of these components interact.  You will also be expected to develop and maintain deep knowledge and specialization in a relevant enterprise product or technology. This role puts you in front of emerging technologies and provides the latest in high level training. You will also mentor and train others in this industry-leading environment.

Role Responsibilities:
• Using technical ability to resolve highly complex issues for enterprise solutions
• Coaches and mentors and provides guidance to employees to help them improve their technical skills
• Provide technical assistance to help resolve issues relating to a variety of enterprise technologies
• Research and reproduce technical issues using enterprise data center lab resources
• Work with vendors' engineering group to provide solutions to complex issues
• Develops and delivers training related to technical specialties
• Prioritize projects, issues and tasks Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2 -4 years relevant experience).
  • 5 years' experience integrating and troubleshooting a  broad range of technologies including Servers, Storage and Networking in a datacenter environment
  • Proven Mastery Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting:
    • Server Hardware and Operating Systems
    • Systems Management technology
    • Server Virtualization technology
    • Network Attached Storage/Direct Attached Storage Hardware
    • IP and Fibre Networking
    •  Desktop Virtualization
  • Expert  Knowledge in Three or more and Competent Knowledge across an additional Three or more of the following technologies:
    • Microsoft Applications (Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and Active Directory)
    • Linux OS
    • Database (Oracle/SQL)
    • Enterprise Wireless Networking
    • SAN Hardware and Software
    • Network Attached Storage Software
    • Backup/Archiving/Deduplication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make technical decisions with little or no management intervention
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking keeping deliverables on target
